The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application has been developed to design, develop and support CRM solution for a manufacturing industry. The application developed would address customer calls, enquiry, quotes, sales prospects and order generation, dispatch and collection information on manual upload of such data. CRM is philosophy and a business strategy, supported by a system and a technology, designed to improve human interactions in a business environment.
It has been developed to monitor the customer database that contains information about the customers, their contacts and the products dealt by them including their capacities. A market potential definition has been defined for each customer stating their class, machine used by them, year of the machine, capacity, market requirement for the product, life time of the product and average monthly requirement with value.
This Application is dealt with providing online access to product information and technical assistance around the clock. Automatic Mail transformation is possible in each module for strengthening the customer relationship. Various reports with chart and graph are extracted in every module for Management decision making and analysis. Various escalation report is calculated for in every module and increasing the effort of the business.
