The main purpose of CRM Sales module is to convert the leads to orders and to fulfill the customer requirements by dispatching the required products in scheduled date in order to increase the customer relationship. Revenues from sales are live blood for commercial organizations. Sales module implements functions of pre-sales support, order placement, order scheduling, shipping and invoicing.
This module is subsequent process of marketing module as the marketing executives convert the customer enquiries into leads and leads into orders. The interactions between the various branches of the company and the head office are done smoothly with the help of the sales module. Invoice is prepared based upon the dispatch advice and the necessary documents (Annexure) can also be prepared for any customer. Sending sample product to the customer and preparing Proforma invoice is also possible.
The Customer interaction with the business is duly gathered in this module to increase the sales based upon their potentials. Export Sales is also the part of sales module where each transaction can be prepared for export customers with necessary documents attached.
