Service module is referred as post-sales development where it deals with satisfying every customer by providing support for their product which they sold. The CRM Application is used to identify what customer’s value and devising appropriate service strategies for each customer. The later and longer part of the relationship with the customer after the sales is dealt with service module by providing the strongest support throughout the year.
The application provides a user-friendly mechanism for registering customer complaints and a mechanism for handling problems and complaints. The customer complaints is registered and allocated to appropriate technicians for service. The module also comprises of attaching the necessary spare parts to the product. The invoice is prepared for service complaints based on the product warranty status.
Servicing the product in the customer place is also recorded along with technician’s allowances and service charge is calculated for day basis.
